Athletic Training Small Group
Our athletic training program will help you become the best athlete you can be. Wether you’re coming in for off-season training or you want year round training you can rest assured we’re committed to helping you perform at the highest level.
Our Process looks like
• Assessment- this is Stage 1 we’ll assess where you are through a range of physical and mental test & determine what’s hindering you and what's needed to help you become successful.
•BluePrint-Stage 2 after we’ve assessed you the athlete we will build you a success strategy to help you increase your overall athletic ability.
•Execution- Stage 3 After we’ve got the blueprint and strategy we will begin the work. We build brick by brick apply the right amount of stimulus to provoke growth. It’s more Journey about than the end result.
•Testing- Stage 4 What you build will be tested. This comes in the format of testing of 1RM. A lot of what we do is based around percentages. We can’t manage what we can’t measure.
COMPETE- Stage 5 Reaching our goal in the training program must be translated over the athletes ability to perform in competition. The training modalities used are done to help the athlete succeed in competition.
